📑 Abstract & Presentation Guidelines

Abstract Submission

• Conference registration is compulsory for abstract submission.
• Submit abstracts in MS Word format.
• Font: Size 12 (body), Size 16 (headings)
• Line spacing: Double
• Structure the abstract under the following headings:
• Title, Presenting Author, Aim, Methodology, Results, Conclusions
• Once submitted, no changes will be accepted.
• Deadline: 15th September 2025
• Abstracts submitted after this date will be considered for participation certificates only (not for prizes).

Presentation Guidelines

• Articles must be original, unpublished, and in the field of ENT.
• All presentations must be prepared in MS Office PowerPoint format.
• Submit your presentation at the designated desk on the day of presentation.
• Judges’ decision will be final and binding.

Format & Content

• Single Case Report → Maximum 10 slides
• Case Series → Maximum 20 slides
• Include a passport-size photograph of the presenter in the presentation.

Timing & Discipline

• Stick to the allotted time slot.
• No extensions or rescheduling will be permitted.
• Strict adherence to time and instructions is mandatory.

Video Presentations

• Videos must include inbuilt audio.
• Presentations without inbuilt audio will be disqualified.
• Platform audio will not be allowed.

E-Posters

• All e-posters will be displayed in the designated area at the conference venue.
• Maximum 3 slides.
