Important Information

Important Guidelines

  • Conference Registration is Mandatory for all delegates including children above the age of 7 years.
  • Children less than 7 years of age must be registered (Free of Charge) for logistic / security reasons.
  • Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area.
  • Preferred mode of payment: Card, Net-Banking, Online Payment, UPI, QR and Demand Draft.
    We are not accepting cheques for registration; cheques will not be entertained.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
  • Please mention your registration number in all transactions.
  • All remittance / bank charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate.
  • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by cash / card / UPI.
  • For spot registrations, delegate kit will be provided subject to availability.
  • Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. In exceptional cases, the kit may be handed over to an authorized representative with a copy of the signed authorized registration receipt.
  • Entry to the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the event.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Online / offline registration will be closed on 30th October 2025. Further registration will start at the conference venue as “Spot Registration” only.
  • Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign it to a category deemed fit.
  • DD should be in favour of “AOI AP SOUTHCON 2025” payable at Vijayawada.
  • Registration confirmation letter along with Registration ID will be sent within 30 days after receipt of payment.
